This entry is intended as nothing more ambitious than my personal home page, uniting in one convenient location the links to the various web sites that I maintain and/or use on a regular basis.
However, if there is anything in here that might be of interest to you, please do feel free to come in and have a look around.
The photo on the left is me, exploring my practically non-existent Celtic roots at Glencoe, Scotland, during the summer of 2000.
If for any reason you feel moved to contact me, e-mail me on tom@tnais.com

Since 1990, I have been a vegan, so don't worry, the chicken in the picture (right) is in a lot less danger than might otherwise appear to be the case. The jacket, incidentally, is not real leather. So appearances can be deceptive. The dog (Shona) is real enough though.

My all time favourite band is Lindisfarne, and I have the honour of maintaining a web site for one of the founding members, Rod Clements.
The Strawbs are another of my long-time favourite bands.
I was heavily into David Bowie when I was much younger, but these days I am still seriously impressed by Alice Cooper.
I'm a big admirer of Jacques Brel too.
By the way, this guy is no relation:
